    DNA extraction & lab work

    Samples arrive at our lab, where we perform DNA extraction, quality control, and either community sequencing (16S/ITS) or targeted qPCR — or both — depending on the program design.

    Bioinformatics & interpretation

    Our pipelines turn raw reads and cycle thresholds into high-quality community profiles and quantitative metrics. We interpret these in the context of your process data and goals.

    Reporting & review

    You receive dashboards and/or reports that highlight key patterns, risk signals, and opportunities. We walk through results with your team and translate them into recommended actions.

    Ongoing collaboration

    For recurring programs, we refine panels, thresholds, and visualizations over time. We stay available for troubleshooting calls, planning sessions, and regulator-facing conversations.
